In short

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party. It collects no personal data of its own. The only personal data we hold about you is what you choose to send us when you get in touch.

Who is responsible

ForensicsGuard is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@forensicsguard.org, on +974 7471 8495, or by post via our address in Doha, Qatar. If you need our full registered entity details for a formal request, ask and we will provide them.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session cookie, no local storage of personal data, and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this site rather than from an external font service, so loading a page does not disclose your address to anyone but our host.

The enquiry forms on this site do not transmit anything from the page. When you submit one, your browser composes a message and hands it to your own email application, which you then review and send yourself. Until you send it, nothing has left your device.

What our hosting provider records

This site is served as static files by a hosting provider and a content delivery network. Like effectively all web hosting, they record technical request information — including IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and browser user-agent — for delivery, security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use this information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

When you contact us

If you email, telephone, or send an enquiry, we process what you send: typically your name, organisation, role, email address, country, and what you have told us about your requirements. We use it to respond to you and to manage the resulting commercial relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products, and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and review it periodically. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Please do not send us case material

Do not include forensic artefacts, device exports, evidence, or personal data about a third party in an enquiry. We do not want it, we have not asked for it, and an enquiry channel is not an appropriate place for it. If your enquiry is sensitive, tell us that without the detail and we will agree a suitable channel first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own purposes. We use ordinary business services — email and hosting — which process data on our behalf in order to provide those services. We disclose personal data where we are legally required to.

The ForensicsGuard platform is separate from this website

This policy covers this website and our commercial correspondence. It does not cover the ForensicsGuard platform itself. Guardian appliances, Lab Stations and Mobile Sensors run inside a customer's own environment, and the data they process belongs to and is controlled by that customer. We have no route to case material held in a customer deployment as part of normal operation. Where an organisation deploys the platform, that organisation is the controller of the data it processes and is responsible for the lawful basis, authorisation and handling of it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, write to support@forensicsguard.org.

International transfers

We are based in Doha, Qatar. If you contact us from elsewhere, your correspondence will be processed where we and our service providers operate. Where transfers of personal data are subject to legal safeguards, we apply them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. This version is dated 12 August 2026.
